“BCG Nashville has been the fastest growing BCG North America office since 2022,” says Luke Pototschnik, BCG Nashville office leader, managing director and senior partner. “Our move to Neuhoff reflects BCG’s commitment to growth in Nashville.”
The first phase of Neuhoff will offer buildings with a collective approximately 1 million square feet of space. Sitting on the West Bank of the Cumberland River, Neuhoff saw work begin on its historic structures in 2019. The retail and office space of phase one will open to the public in the coming months, as move-ins have already begun for the residential portion of the project, Neuhoff Residences.
A partnership between local offices represented BCG by Stream Realty (based in Dallas) and Cushman & Wakefield (based in Chicago), representing the Neuhoff ownership/development partnership included Atlanta-based New City, Cousins Properties (also based in Atlanta), and institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Frazier & Deeter, an accounting and professional services advisory firm headquointed in Atlanta, also announced it will move to Neuhoff in July. Read here.
